Free Webinar wednesday November 20 2024: Why Emotions Matter For Driving Motivation And Performance At Work

Some people seem to think that feelings don’t belong in the workplace and that we should leave our emotions at home and go to work as rational, thinking beings.

That’s nonsense. Research has shown again and again that our emotions are key to who we are and are primary drivers of our ability to function, make decisions and relate to others.

In this webinar we look at the crucial role of emotions in the workplace. Content includes:

  • All the ways emotional state affects wellbeing and performance
  • How denying the role of emotions backfires at work
  • How to create a workplace where emotions are acknowledged and harnessed
  • Great examples from happy workplaces from around the world
